I had not known what to expect of Philadelphia before going. It is referred to as ‘the city of brotherly love’ and I didn’t know what that meant. As it turned out, the city itself was not automatically attractive (like NYC or Washinton D.C.), but it was very ambitious – they had built museums, moved the Liberty Bell and handed out free tickets to tourists. Therefore, there was a lot to see. The three days in Philly was a great lesson in American History for me.
