Happy Chinese New Year

I intended to post here a bit sooner. It didn’t happen, though because Chinese New Year guaranteed a hectic weekend! Now I am back, with a few pictures to share. Everyone, 恭喜發財!¹ 身體健康!²

It’s the year of the Tiger, so of course we have tiger decorations!

Kung Hei Fat Choy: It is the most commonly used blessing for the CNY. It means “wishing you a good fortune” essentially. I never get why fortune comes before everything else, but hey. [↩]
It means “wishing you good health”. [↩]

I miss being in HK during the New Year soooooo much. But hopefully that’ll change next year ;D
