This photo was taken in Sky Garden, the observatory on the 69th floor of Yokohama Landmark Tower, which is the tallest building in Japan. People write down their wishes on the small tags and hang them on the heart-shaped structure. The idea might sound cheesy, but the outcome is rather nice.
